Restricted Data

As defined in the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, all information concerning - 

1. the design, manufacture, or use of atomic weapons;
2. the production of special nuclear material; and
3. the use of special nuclear material in the production of energy.

Restricted data does not include information that has been declassified or removed from the Restricted Data category as defined in section 142 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954.

All data concerning design, manufacture, or utilization of atomic weapons; production of special nuclear material; or use of special nuclear material in the production of energy, but excluding data declassified or removed from the Restricted Data category pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 2162 [Section 142, as amended, of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954].

All data concerning the design, manufacture, or use of nuclear weapons; production of special nuclear material; or use of special nuclear material in the production of energy except for data declassified or removed from the RD category pursuant to section 142 of the Atomic Energy Act.

All data concerning: design, manufacture, or utilization of atomic weapons; the production of special nuclear material; or the use of special nuclear material in the production of energy, but shall not include data declassified or removed from the Restricted Data category pursuant to Section 142 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
