Classified information that the Department of Energy and the Department of Defense jointly determined to be related primarily to the military use of atomic weapons and removed by the Department of Energy from the category of Restricted Data under section 142(d) of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 (as amended).

Classified information jointly determined by the DOE or its predecessor agencies and the DoD to be (1) related primarily to the military utilization of atomic weapons and (2) protected as National Security Information. It is subject to the restrictions on transmission to other countries and regional defense organizations that apply to Restricted Data.

Classified information that the DOE or its predecessor agencies and the Department of Defense have jointly determined (1) to be related primarily to the military utilization of atomic weapons and (2) can be adequately safeguarded in a manner similar to NSI. It is also subject to the restrictions on transmission to other countries and regional defense organizations that apply to RD.

Classified information jointly determined by DOE or its predecessors and DOD to be related primarily to the military utilization of atomic weapons, and removed by DOE from the Restricted Data category pursuant to Section 142(d) of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, and safeguarded as National Security Information, subject to the restrictions on transmission to other countries and regional defense organizations that apply to Restricted Data.
