The Information Technology Project Execution Model (IT PEM) is a guide that supports the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) IT Program and Project Managers (PM) with guidance that may be useful to them in effectively and efficiently implementing the requirements of DOE Order (O) 415.1, Information Technology Project Management, and dated December 3, 2012. Specifically, this Guide provides a suggested formal, structured, and integrated standard approach to managing DOE IT projects and programs.
