Certified Realty Specialist (CRS)

A DOE employee, in the realty specialist series, who is certified in one or more of the three specialty realty areas: acquisition, leasing, and land management and disposal. Employees so certified are authorized to prepare and implement real estate actions within certified specialty areas, and to provide the required review and approval prior to execution by a DOE official with a delegation of authority for real estate actions.
