SUBJECT: CANCELLATION OF DOE P 413.1
Effective immediately, DOE P 413.1, Use Program and Project Management Policy for the
Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Acquisition of Capital Assets, dated 6-10-00 is
canceled.
The cancellation of this directive does not relieve the Department or its contractors from complying
with applicable Federal laws and regulations pertaining to the canceled directive.
