SUBJECT: CANCELLATION OF DIRECTIVES
Effective immediately, the following directives are cancelled because they have been superseded
by the rule, 10 CFR Part 830:
DOE 5480.21, UNREVIEWED SAFETY QUESTIONS, dated 12-24-91
DOE 5480.22, TECHNICAL SAFETY REQUIREMENTS, dated 1-23-95
DOE 5480.23, NUCLEAR SAFETY ANALYSIS REPORT, dated 3-10-94
Cancellation of these directives does not relieve the Department or its contractors from
complying with applicable Federal laws and regulations pertaining to the cancelled directives.
