SUBJECT: CANCELLATION OF DIRECTIVES
Effective immediately, the following Department of Energy directives are cancelled:
DOE P 430.1, Land and Facility Use Planning, dated 07-09-1996
DOE P 580.1, Management Policy for Planning, Programming, Budgeting, Operation,
Maintenance and Disposal of Real Property, dated 05-20-2002
Cancellation of these directives does not relieve the Department or its contractors from
complying with applicable Federal laws and regulations pertaining to the canceled directives.
