This is a continuing effort in the ongoing initiative to reduce the burden and volume of internal regulations. 1. DOE 3305.2, SENIOR EXECUTIVE SERVICE - EMPLOYMENT. The requirements covered by this Order are found in 5 Code of Federal Regulations, parts 771, 1201 and 1250; 5 United States Code, parts 3391-3395 and 3593; and the federal Personnel Manual, chapter 920. The requirements covered by this Order are found in 5 Code of Federal Regulations, part 293; the Civil Service Reform Act (Public Law 95-454); DOE 1700.1, FREEDOM OF INFORMATION PROGRAMS and DOE 1800.1A, PRIVACY ACT. DOE 3710.1A, LABOR-MANAGEMENT RELATIONS PROGRAM FOR FEDERAL EMPLOYEES. This program will be managed through a soon to be published Guide. The delegations for this program will be placed in an overall personnel delegations directive, also soon to be published.
