In addition, this directive is not found to cause undue burden (i.e., significant cost impacts, overly prescriptive, redundancy, or excessive reporting requirements) on Departmental elements and contractors. This directive provides implementation assistance specifically for the requirements of title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, part 835 (10 C.F.R. 835), Occupational Radiation Protection.
