1. 2. 3. 4. 5. DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY DESIGNATION ORDER NO. 00-10.00A TO THE DIRECTOR, OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT DESIGNATION. Under the authority vested in me as Secretary of Energy, the Director, Office of Management, is hereby designated as the Department of Energy (DOE) official responsible for performing the duties set forth in 22 Code of Federal Regulations, sections 62.11 and 41.63 pertaining to the DOE Exchange Visitor Program. RESCISSION. DOE Designation Order 00-10.00 is hereby rescinded. LIMITATION. 3.1 This designation covers all parts of DOE, except the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. 3.2 In exercising the designated authority in this Order, the designee shall be governed by the rules and regulations of DOE, and the policies and procedures prescribed by the Secretary of Energy or Deputy Secretary of Energy. 3.3 Nothing in this Order shall be construed to supersede or otherwise interfere with the authorities provided to the Administrator, National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) by !aw or by delegation. Furthermore, nothing herein constitutes authority to exercise authority, direction, and control over an employee of NNSA or its contractors. AUTHORITY TO REDESIGNATE.
