I. DESIG A TIO . Under the authority granted to me by Redelegation Order o. 00-
011.03, Alexander (Chris) Morris is hereby designated the Department of Energy (DOE)
Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Officer.
2. LlMIT A TION. In exerci ing the designated authority in this Order, the designee shall
be governed by the Freedom oflnfonnation Act and the rules and regulations of DOE
and the policies and procedures prescribed by the Secretary of Energy or Deputy
Secretary of Energy.
3. AUTHORITY TO REDESIG ATE. This de ignation may not be redesignated or
delegated.
4.1. A copy of this Order shall be provided to the designee and the Office of
Management.
