Pursuant to Secretary of Energy Delegation provided to me under Delegation Order No. 00-01 1.00, Section 1.7, I delegate to the Director, Office of Information Resources authority to take the following actions: Designate the Department's Freedom of Information Act and Privacy Act Officers 2. LIMITATION. In exercising the delegated authority in this Order, the designee shall be governed by the Freedom of Information and Privacy Acts and the rules and regulations of DOE and the policies and procedures prescribed by the Secretary of Energy or Deputy Secretary of Energy. 3.
