REDELEGATION ORDER NO. 00-011.03A MA1-DEL-MA90-2013
TO THE DIRECTOR, OFFICE OF INFORMATION RESOURCES
DELEGATION. Pursuant to Secretary of Energy Delegation provided to me under
Delegation Order No. 00-011.00, Section 1.7, I delegate to the Director, Office of
Information Resources authority to take the following actions:
1.1 Designate the Department's Freedom of Information Act Officer.
RESCISSION. Redelegation Order No. 00-011.03 is hereby rescinded.
LIMITATION. In exercising the delegated authority in this Order, the designee shall be
governed by the Freedom of Information Act and the rules and regulations of the
Department of Energy and the policies and procedures prescribed by the Secretary of
Energy or Deputy Secretary of Energy.
AUTHORITY TO REDE LEGATE. This delegation may not be redelegated. A copy of this
Order shall be provided to the designee and the Office of Management.
DURATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
5.1 All actions pursuant to any authority delegated prior to this Order or pursuant to
any authority delegated by this Order taken prior to and in effect on the date of
this Order are ratified and remain in force as if taken under this Order, unless or
until rescinded, amended or superseded.
5.2 This Order is effective JAN 2 s 2013 .
