DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY DESIGNATION ORDER NO. oo-zu.oo TO THE ASSISTANT GENERAL COUNSEL FOR LABOR AND PENSION LAW 1. DESIGNATION. Under the authority vested in me as Secretary of Energy, the Assistant General Counsel for Labor and Pension Law is hereby designated the Department of Energy's (DOE) Labor Compliance Advisor, as that title and its responsibilities are described in Executive Order 13673, Fair Pay and Safe Workplaces. 2. LIMITATION. 2.1 This designation covers all parts of DOE, except the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 2.2 In exercising the designated authority in this Order, the designee shall be governed by the rules and regulations of DOE and the policies and procedures prescribed by the Secretary of Energy or Deputy Secretary of Energy. 3. AUTHORITY TO REDESIGNATE. This designation may not be re-designated or delegated. 4. DURATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE. 4.1 All actions by the designee pursuant to any authority provided prior to this Order or pursuant to any authority granted by this Order taken prior to and in effect on the date of this Order are ratified and remain in force as if taken under this Order, unless or until rescinded, amended, or superseded. 4.2 A copy of this Order shall be provided to DOE's Office of Management. 4.3 This Order is effective J(AYle3) tot?
