SUBJECT: ADMINISTRATIVE CHANGE TO DOE O 544.1, PRIORITIES AND
ALLOCATIONS PROGRAM
1. EXPLANATION OF CHANGES. This Admin Change reflects the change in ownership
from the Office of Management (MA) to the Office of Electricity Delivery and Energy
Reliability (OE).
