This Administrative Change captures the realignment of Technical Surveillance Countermeasures roles and responsibilities to DOE 470.6, Technical Security, current version; updates web links for the DOE Marking Resource and ISOO Marking handbook; and improves grammar in the Equivalencies and Exceptions section. 2.
