SUBJECT: LIMITED CHANGE TO DOE O 440.2C, AVIATION MANAGEMENT AND
SAFETY
1. EXPLANATION OF CHANGES. Changes were made to add the Invoked Standards
section and to clarify that this Order does not invoke any technical standards. Changes
were also made to add references.
