EXPLANATION OF CHANGES. On July 13, 2020, the Under Secretary of Energy approved the Cleanup Project Management Protocol and Implementation Standard for Demolition Projects (“EM Protocol”) and directed that the contents should be incorporated as an appendix to the subject Order. This limited update of the Order implements that direction. 2.
