Training Implementation Document (TID)

(Also referred to Implementation Document in this Order) is a document (e.g., Training Implementation Matrix (TIM), Training Program Plan (TPP), or Training Program Description (TPD), etc.), prepared by the contractor, to identify those sections of this CRD that are applicable to a particular facility. The document defines and describes the application of personnel selection, qualification, certification, and training requirements identified in this CRD. It must clearly define the organization, planning, and administration of the program and set forth the responsibility, authority, and methods for conducting training. Suitable justification must be included in the document for CRD provisions that are not implemented. At sites with several facilities, a combined training document may be submitted. The document and any revisions must be approved by DOE.
