Performance Evaluation of A/E

To ensure that the design effort is completed on time and within budget, the A/E performance must be evaluated. The performance is evaluated during design by using the number of drawings that are expected to be produced and the number of manhours required for each drawing. These hours are tracked to give an indication of the performance of the A/E. Another performance evaluation is to assess that the facility is being designed in accordance with the functional design criteria.
