Industrial Security Service Provider (ISSP)

For the purposes of this Order, an ISSP is an organization or office that has been delegated authority by the Program Secretarial Officer or the CSO to render facility clearances, FOCI determinations, and/or perform other industrial security-related services on behalf of the CSO.
