Foreign Nexus

Specific indications that a DOE employee or contractor employee is or may be engaged in clandestine or unreported relationships with foreign powers, organizations or persons, or international terrorists, contacts with foreign intelligence services; or other hostile activities directed against DOE facilities, property, personnel, programs, or contractors by or on behalf of foreign powers, organizations or persons, or international terrorists.
