The DOE corporate STI submission system, developed and maintained by OSTI, and used by those submitting, reviewing, and managing STI for collection, preservation, and dissemination. These communities may include, but are not limited to, DOE federal employees, TIOs, Releasing Officials, procurement staff, e.g., awarding offices, site/facility contractors, e.g, national laboratories, STI Managers, facilities, other contractor employees, financial assistance recipients, programs, and OSTI staff.
