Counterintelligence (CI) Representative

An employee who is formally appointed by local site management to serve in a coordination role with the CI Program. CI Representatives will normally be appointed when there are no on-site CI program personnel and where a servicing CI office covers the facility. The CI Representative acts as the interface between a servicing CI office and the local site to support CI Program implementation at the site.
