Counterintelligence (CI) Evaluation

The process, including a CI scope polygraph examination, employed by the Office of Counterintelligence to determine whether DOE Federal and contractor employees, other individuals assigned or detailed to Federal positions at DOE, or applicants for employment will be recommended for initial or continued access to high-risk positions, pursuant to required statutory provisions and related regulatory requirements embodied in DOE regulations at 10 CFR Part 709.
