Sellers, Manager, Idaho Operations Office (DOE-ID) DOE-ID is hereby granted authority to conduct damage assessments for incidents of security concern in accordance with DOE Manual470.4-1, Change 1, Safeguards and Security Program Planning and Management. For any security incident that may have complex-wide impacts or result in policy changes, the Office of Nuclear Energy should be notifie~ prior to completing the damage asse~sment.
