Delegation of Acquisition Executive Responsibilities for
Materials Security and Consolidation Project
In accordance with DOE Order 413.3B, Progmm and Project Management for che Acquisition of
Capital Assets, I hereby delegate to you Acquisition Executive authority for the Materials
Security and Consolidation Project construction line item effective the date of this
memorandum.
This authority encompasses all project management aspects relating to the Materials Security
and Consolidation Project includine Energy Systems Acquisition Advisory Board equivalents,
Critical Decisions, and Quarterly Project Reviews, etc., except those specifically reserved for the
Administrator for the National Nuclear Security Administration and the Deputy Secretary.
