This authority encompasses all project management aspects relating to the Materials Security and Consolidation Project includine Energy Systems Acquisition Advisory Board equivalents, Critical Decisions, and Quarterly Project Reviews, etc., except those specifically reserved for the Administrator for the National Nuclear Security Administration and the Deputy Secretary. cc: Mike Hickman.
