NOTICE SEN-0-89 DATE: MAR 24, 1989 SUBJECT: SECRETARY OF ENERGY NOTICES Effective with publication of this Notice a separate section within the Departmental Directives System is being established for printing and distribution of Secretary of Energy Notices. Such notices will be numbered sequentially with the designation of SEN-XX-YY and will be printed on gold colored paper. They are to be filed as Notices in a section of the Directives System and to be headed Secretary of Energy Notices. Following is a list memoranda issued by the Secretary since March 1, 1989, which are hereby incorporated into the Directives System with the designations as shown. o Secretary's Statement of Objectives March 6, 1989 SEN-1-89 and Initiatives o Temporary Moratorium on Appointments March 14, 1989 SEN-2-89 to Headquarters Positions o Appointment of Mr. Leo Duffy March 15, 1989 SEN-3-89 o Negotiation of Consent Decrees, March 17, 1989 SEN-4-89 Compliance Agreement and any Similar Agreements o Contract Approval March 17, 1989 SEN-5-89 Copies of these memoranda should be annotated to reflect the above reference numbers and inserted in each office's Directives file.
