SUBJECT: EXTENSION OF DOE M 474.1-2
This Notice extends DOE M 474.1-2, Nuclear Materials Management and Safeguards System
Reporting and Data Submission, dated 2-10-98, until 2-11-04, unless sooner rescinded. The
subject directive expired on 2-10-03. It is being revised to incorporate changes due to the
implementation of a new software platform and database; and to incorporate substantial changes
to the reporting requirements outlined in DOE M 474.1-2.
