SUBJECT: EXTENSION OF DOE N 441.1, RADIOLOGICAL PROTECTION FOR
DOE ACTIVITIES
This Notice extends DOE N 441.1, RADIOLOGICAL PROTECTION FOR DOE ACTIVITIES,
dated 9-30-95 until 6-30-00. The amendment to title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, part 835
(10 CFR 835) is expected to be published in the Federal Register before the end of November
1998. Full compliance with the amended version is not required until 19 months after publication.
Accordingly, the Office of Worker Protection Programs and Hazards Management (EH-52)
requests that DOE N 441.1 stay current until full compliance with the amended version of 10 CFR
835.
