SUBJECT: EXTENSION OF DOE O 430.2, IN-HOUSE ENERGY MANAGEMENT
This Notice extends DOE O 430.2, IN-HOUSE ENERGY MANAGEMENT, dated 6-13-96 until
12-13-00, unless sooner rescinded. The Order is in the process of being revised to implement
Executive Order 13123, Greening of the Government Through Efficient Energy Management,
and a Secretarial Memorandum, Pollution Prevention and Energy Efficiency Leadership Goals.
The revision will also include the acquisition, planning and management of utilities.
