SUBJECT: CANCELLATION OF DOE HQ O 442.1
Effective immediately, DOE HQ O 442.1, Headquarters Occupational Safety and Health
Program, dated 11-3-01, is canceled.
Cancellation of this directive does not relieve the Department or its contractors from complying
with applicable Federal laws and regulations pertaining to the canceled directive or its functional
area.
