SUBJECT: CANCELLATION OF DOE P 410.1A, PROMULGATING NUCLEAR SAFETY
REQUIREMENTS
Effective immediately, DOE P 410.1A, Promulgating Nuclear Safety Requirements, dated
5-15-96, is canceled.
Cancellation of this directive does not relieve the Department or its contractors from complying
with the applicable Federal laws and regulations pertaining to the canceled directive or its
functional area.
