Effective immediately, DOE M 470.4-7, Safeguards and Security Program References, dated
8-26-05, is canceled.
Cancellation of this directive does not relieve the Department or its contractors from complying
with the applicable Federal laws and regulations pertaining to the canceled directive or its
functional area.
