Effective immediately, SEN-22-90, DOE Policy on Signatures of RCRA Permit Applications,
dated 5-8-90, is canceled.
The cancellation of this SEN does not relieve the Department or its contractors from complying
with the applicable Federal laws and regulations pertaining to the canceled directive or the
functional areas.
