SUBJECT: CANCELLATION OF DIRECTIVE
Effective immediately, DOE M 413.3-1, Project Management for the Acquisition of Capital
Assets, dated 3-28-03, is canceled. All relevant information in the Manual has been included in
the 413 series Guides. The cancellation of this Manual does not relieve the Department or its
contractors from complying with the applicable Federal laws and regulations pertaining to the
canceled Manual or its functional area.
