SUBJECT: CANCELLATION OF DIRECTIVE
Effective immediately, DOE N 350.6, Acceptance of Valid Workers’ Compensation Claims,
dated 1-12-01, is canceled because it has been superseded by the rule 10 CFR Part 852.
The cancellation of this Order does not relieve the Department or its contractors from complying
with the applicable Federal laws and regulations pertaining to the canceled Order or its
functional area.
