DOE 2100.8A, COST ACCOUNTING, COST RECOVERY, AND INTERAGENCY SHARING OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY FACILITIES The cancellation of these directives result from the sunset review process completed in accordance with the current procedures of the Departmental Directives System. These cancellations do not relieve the Department or its contractors from complying with the applicable Federal laws and regulations pertaining to these cancelled directives.
