SUBJECT: CANCELLATION OF DIRECTIVES
Effective immediately, the following directives are cancelled:
S DOE 3305.1, Presidential, Supergrade, and Schedule C Positions
S DOE 3330.2, Priority Placement and Consideration
S DOE 3410.2A, Upward Mobility Program
S DOE 3792.1A, Employee Assistance Program
S HQ 3293.1, Personnel Records
S HQ 3430.1, Headquarters Performance Appraisal Plan
S HQ 3790.1, Occupational Health Program
S HQ 3792.1, Employee Assistance Program
The cancellation of these directives result from the Sunset Review process completed in
accordance with DOE M 251.1-1A, DIRECTIVES SYSTEM MANUAL. These cancellations do
not relieve the Department or its contractors from complying with the applicable Federal laws
and regulations pertaining to these canceled directives.
