This Errata Sheet transmits an administrative change to DOE N 251.38, CANCELLATION OF
DIRECTIVES, dated 03-03-01. DOE O 4330.4B, MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT
PROGRAM is hereby retained with the exception of Chapter I, which is cancelled in its entirety.
Additionally the Initiating Office for DOE O 4330.4B is transferred from the Office of
Procurement and Assistance Management to the Office of Environment, Safety and Health.
When issued, DOE O 433.X, MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM, currently
undergoing final FMC Review and Approval, will cancel and replace DOE O 4330.4B.

SUBJECT: CANCELLATION OF DIRECTIVES
Effective immediately the following directives are canceled:
• DOE O 4300.1C, REAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, dated 06-28-92.
• DOE O 4320.1B, SITE DEVELOPMENT PLANNING, dated 01-07-91.
• DOE O 4330.4B, MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT, dated 02-10-94.
• DOE N 206.1, ELECTRONIC MAIL ANALYSIS CAPABILITY, dated 01-08-01.
These cancellation actions are at the request of the respective Offices of Primary Interest.
The cancellation of these directives does not relieve the Department or its contractors from
complying with applicable Federal laws and regulations pertaining to the canceled directives.
