The office of record, Office of Procurement and Assistance Management, and the initiator/developer of the original Order, Office of Chief Financial Officer, have agreed to the cancellation of this Order. The cancellation of this Order does not relieve the Department or its contractors from complying with the applicable Federal laws and regulations pertaining to the canceled Order.
