SUBJECT: CANCELLATION OF DIRECTIVE
DOE 1270.1, FUNDS-OUT INTERAGENCY AGREEMENTS, dated 6-13-79, is canceled,
effective immediately. Its requirements have been superseded by the more recent coverage of
the Federal Acquisition Regulation and our DOE Acquisition Guide. This is a continuing effort
in the ongoing initiative to reduce the burden and volume of internal regulations.
