DOE N 251.125, Cancellation of DOE O 328.1, Human Capital Management Accountability Program and DOE O 329.2 Chg 1 (PgChg), Excepted Service Authority for Exceptionally Well Qualified (EWQ) Pay Plan

Effective immediately the following Department of Energy directives are canceled: • DOE O 328.1, Human Capital Management Accountability Program, dated 8-1-2008, and • DOE O 329.2 Chg 1 (PgChg), Excepted Service Authority for Exceptionally Well Qualified (EWQ) Pay Plan Employees, dated 3-10-2015. Cancellation of these directives does not relieve the Department or its contractors from complying with applicable Federal laws and regulations pertaining to the canceled directives.
