Cancellation of this directive does not relieve the Department or its contractors from complying with applicable Federal laws and regulations pertaining to the canceled directives.

Effective immediately the following Department of Energy directive is canceled:

Cancellation of this directive does not relieve the Department or its contractors from complying with
applicable Federal laws and regulations pertaining to the canceled directives.
