SUBJECT: CANCELLATION OF DOE O 540.1B
Effective immediately, DOE O 540.1B, Departmental Instrument Numbering System for Actions
Conducted Outside of the Strategic Integrated Procurement Enterprise System (STRIPES), dated
5-23-2008 is canceled.
The cancellation of this directive does not relieve the Department or its contractors from complying
with applicable Federal laws and regulations pertaining to the canceled directive.
