Effective immediately the following Department of Energy directive is canceled:
DOE O 1450.4, Consensual Listening-In To or Recording Telephone/Radio

1059)
Cancellation of these directives (this directive) does not relieve the Department or its contractors
from complying with applicable Federal laws and regulations pertaining to the canceled directives.
