DOE M 450.3-1, The Department of Energy Closure Process for Necessary and Sufficient Sets of Standards, dated 01-25-1996 Cancellation of these directives does not relieve the Department or its contractors from complying with applicable Federal laws and regulations pertaining to the canceled directives.
