Such Statements will be numbered sequentially within the appropriate subject area, i.e., DOE P 0000.1. The Policy Statements shall be prepared on DOE F 1321.8, "Policy." Additional requirements for preparation of Policy Statements will be incorporated in the "Directives System Manual." The following memorandum issued by the Secretary is hereby incorporated into the Departmental Directives System. o Guidance on the Implementation of the 7-29-94 DOE P 1210.1 Department's Participation Policy Copies of this memorandum should be annotated to reflect the above classification and inserted in each office's directives file.
