In addition, this directive is not found to cause undue burden (i.e., significant cost impacts, overly prescriptive, redundancy, or excessive reporting requirements) on Departmental elements and contractors. The order is critical because it establishes the policy, process and procedures for control of sensitive use control information in nuclear weapons data (NWD) categories Sigma 14 and Sigma 15 to ensure that dissemination of the information must be restricted to individuals with valid need to know. | certify that this directive is accurate and continues to be relevant and appropriate for use by the Department.
