An administrative change to this manual was approved on July 26, 2005, as part of an update review. In addition, this directive is not found to cause undo burden, i.€., cost impacts, prescriptive, redundant, and excessive reporting requirements, on Departmental elements and contractors. — I certify that this directive is accurate and continues to be relevant and appropriate for use by the Department.
